Professional Experience

Business Analyst

DEC 2023 – MAR 2026

Conduent | Iași, Romania

  • Analysed HR service workflows, Statements of Work, process flows, Configuration Workbooks and country handovers to identify gaps and local exceptions; gathered stakeholder input and documented requirements, business rules, BRDs, DTPs, process flows and User Guides across EMEA and LATAM.
  • Supported HR service expansion and go-live activities, including Global Mobility across 20+ countries and two legacy environments. Owned the template workstream, tracked the status of hundreds of templates by country, entity, language and sub-process, and coordinated client workshops, follow-ups and deliverables.
  • Assessed effort, timing, resources/headcount and technical implications for Change Requests. For the probation-review rollout, created a reusable DTP and coordinated country-specific BRD sign-off, entity-specific letters, DocuSign envelopes, ServiceNow audit steps and Operations training.
  • Supported UAT/ORT and defect resolution with Operations, QA, clients, testers and developers; reviewed a SharePoint backlog of gaps, defects and PBIs, compared actual versus expected behaviour, and clarified issues for investigation. Examples included a ServiceNow case-reactivation issue and a DocuSign-to-ServiceNow Case ID formatting mismatch.
  • Supported Austria’s HR–Payroll file-transfer implementation by documenting the file-archiving process and mapping, updating business rules, obtaining client sign-off, training Operations and supporting process adoption.
  • Delivered process and control improvements: redesigned the Brazil New Hire workflow into two stages and trained Operations; created a Power Automate flow with guidance from Copilot to delete SharePoint-stored Criminal Record reports older than 30 days. Separately, built an Excel validation tool to flag Configuration Workbook issues (missing inputs/outputs, naming inconsistencies and undefined service steps); the broader refinement initiative was not implemented or measured before departure.

Payroll Analyst

MAY 2021 – NOV 2023

Conduent | Iași, Romania

  • Managed daily payroll file exchange via SFTP and SD Worx MSP: validated client inputs, submitted data to in-country payroll providers, checked trial and final runs, EPGL/General Ledger files and payslips, and coordinated client review, approvals and payroll closure.
  • Investigated payroll discrepancies by reconciling input/output data, employee records, wage types and communication history with clients and providers. For a Swiss payrun issue identified after payment cut-off, proposed an off-cycle payment after the ICP found an incorrect wage type affecting stock taxation.
  • Supported service expansion and system/process changes through DTP and process-flow reviews, testing and stakeholder feedback. Adapted existing PowerShell code to automate file renaming to an agreed naming convention, reducing repetitive manual work.

HR Analyst

NOV 2019 – APR 2021

Conduent | Iași, Romania

  • Supported HR services in Workday through employee and payroll-related data maintenance, onboarding updates, time-off and one-time-payment changes, case resolution and troubleshooting; analysed reports and investigated data inconsistencies with internal teams and clients.

Business Analyst

SEP 2018 – MAR 2019

Conduent | Iași, Romania

  • Supported implementation of Conduent’s in-house Case Management solution by preparing and executing UAT test cases, coordinating testers, investigating defects with Operations and developers, and reviewing PBIs in HP ALM.
  • Created process flows, Desktop Procedures and operational documentation to clarify workflows and support business-user adoption.

HR Analyst

OCT 2017 – AUG 2018

Conduent | Iași, Romania

  • Supported Student Recruitment operations, including requisition marketing, interview coordination, candidate communication and recruitment events; analysed operational reports, created user guidance and supported team training.
